Welcome Vendors!

First review of vendor applications will be completed after March 20, 2024.

Every year Pleasant Hill comes alive with a vast array of products and services at the annual Cass County Fair.

The Depot Park/Downtown location will be open on Friday evening and during the day on Saturday.

The Fairgrounds venue is a 5 day event and are located on the Cass County Fairgrounds. . Electricity is available at both locations.

All food vendors are required to obtain a license from the Cass County Health Department. the application has been provided below. It is the vendors responsibility to complete this form and pay any associated fees. The Cass County Fair does provide a list of food vendors to the Health Department prior to the event. Fairground Vendor Hours:
5pm - 11pm Tuesday - Saturday

Depot Park Vendor Hours:
Friday - 5pm - 8pm
Saturday - 9am - 5pm
